The friend of mine has the same problem with October payment. Apple started investigation after 2 months. I am also having problems but with December 5th payment.

I have the same problem, man. No idea why this is happening. It seems that our money are on some correspondent bank. If you were receiving money from UK in Europe then the correspondent bank is Deutche Bank and it had big problems on October 2019. They lost data for $1billion transactions! The manager told this to my friend. No idea what to do. I contacted Apple and they told me the money left Apple's account. Now I asked them to start investigation.
